SAGE's market rental work includes The Arbour, a two-phase community in Kelowna's Lower Mission delivered for Whitworth Holdings, and BX Crossing, an 86-unit purpose-built rental development in Vernon for N & T Properties — working with the developer, architect and general contractor from design through construction.

For a private developer, the interiors have to attract tenants and hold up to turnover. Finishes and detailing are coordinated across suites, lobbies and shared amenities for a cohesive, well-appointed result, with material selections chosen for durability and efficient construction.

The work runs from finish selection and interior detailing through working drawings, consultant coordination and construction administration, including shop drawing review, RFI responses and site instructions through to occupancy.
