The Project

An 86-unit purpose-built market rental apartment development in Vernon, providing high-quality rental housing within a growing residential community and designed to offer comfortable, functional homes for long-term rental living.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided interior design consulting, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Material selections and detailing were coordinated to support efficient delivery and well-appointed homes.
