The Project

The Arbour Phase 2 expanded the community with a 71-unit market rental apartment building over a concrete parkade, featuring landscaped outdoor amenity spaces, pedestrian-oriented design, and a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes that complement the character of Kelowna's Lower Mission neighbourhood.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Finishes and detailing were coordinated across the suites and common areas for a durable, cohesive living environment.
