The Project

A 75-unit multifamily rental development in Kelowna comprising a four-storey, 48-unit apartment building and 27 townhouse units across seven buildings. The project provides a mix of affordable and market rental housing designed to support a diverse residential community.

SAGE’s Role

Working as part of the consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Finishes and detailing were coordinated to create a cohesive design across both the apartment and townhouse components.
