The Project

A three-storey, wood-frame market rental development in Kelowna's Lower Mission neighbourhood comprising 26 multi-level rental units. The Arbour Phase 1 marked the first phase of a thoughtfully planned residential community.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Interiors were designed for comfortable, functional homes with durable materials suited to long-term rental living.
