The Project

A six-storey, 153-unit affordable seniors rental development in Delta, designed to provide modern independent-living accommodation within the KinVillage community. The project represents the first phase of a multi-phase seniors living redevelopment.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting throughout, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Material selections were coordinated to provide durable, low-maintenance, and welcoming living environments suited to the long-term needs of seniors housing.
