The Project

A four-storey, 72-unit affordable multifamily residential development in Kelowna. Apple Valley 1 marked the first phase of a multi-phase housing development delivered for the Society of Hope.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting services from design through construction, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The project established the interior design standards that would be carried forward throughout the Apple Valley development.
