Central Green

The Project

An 86-unit LEED Certified affordable multifamily development in Kelowna's Central Green neighbourhood. Developed for the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society, it provides high-quality rental housing for families, including accessible suites and thoughtfully designed shared amenity spaces. Durable materials, low-maintenance finishes, and a warm contemporary palette create welcoming homes that support long-term affordability, sustainability, and community living. The project received a Thompson Okanagan Kootenay Commercial Building Award of Excellence.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting throughout, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Working with the project team, SAGE helped create durable, functional interiors that support long-term affordability, accessibility, and everyday family living.
