The Project

A six-storey, 106-unit affordable seniors rental development in North Vancouver, designed to provide modern, accessible housing for seniors and to support the continued renewal of affordable seniors housing on the North Shore.

SAGE’s Role

Working closely with the owner, architect, and consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The design prioritized accessibility, functionality, and durable materials to support safe, comfortable, independent living.
