The Project

A 96-unit affordable housing development providing much-needed residential accommodation in New Westminster, delivered through a collaborative team of owner, architect, consultants, and general contractor.

SAGE’s Role

Working as part of the consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting throughout the project, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The design emphasized durable, functional interior environments that support the long-term operational needs of affordable housing.
