The Project

A 102-unit affordable housing development of two six-storey residential buildings in Vancouver, designed to provide long-term affordable housing through a collaborative partnership between the owner, developer, and project team.

SAGE’s Role

As part of the consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The project emphasized durable, low-maintenance interiors designed for the long-term performance of affordable housing.
