The Project

A four-storey, 38-unit affordable housing development in Vernon providing modern rental accommodation for the Vernon Native Housing Society, developed to support safe, culturally appropriate, and affordable housing for Indigenous individuals and families.

SAGE’s Role

Working with the owner, architect, and consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Materials and finishes were selected to create durable, functional living environments suited to the long-term needs of residents.
