Peachland Seniors Phase 2

The Project

A four-storey seniors housing development in Peachland providing purpose-built independent living accommodation for older adults within a welcoming community setting. The project includes resident suites, shared amenity spaces, dining and gathering areas, and support facilities designed to encourage social connection, accessibility, and independent living. Interior finishes and materials were carefully selected to create a warm, durable environment that supports the long-term needs of residents.

SAGE’s Role

Working collaboratively with the owner, architect, and consultant team, SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting services including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The interior design emphasizes resident comfort, accessibility, and long-term performance while supporting the operational needs of a modern seniors housing community.
