The Project
A five-storey, 47-unit affordable multifamily residential development in Kelowna. Apple Valley 3 completed the final phase of the Apple Valley housing community, continuing the long-standing collaboration between the owner, consultant team, and contractor.
SAGE’s Role
As the interior design consultant, SAGE provided finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration support. The project completed the Apple Valley development while maintaining a consistent design approach across all three phases.
