The Project

A five-storey, 78-unit affordable multifamily residential development in Kelowna. Apple Valley 2 expanded the successful housing community established during the first phase of the development.

SAGE’s Role

Working as part of the consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting services including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The project maintained design continuity while supporting the evolving needs of the expanding residential community.
