The Project

A 40-unit multifamily development in Kelowna providing affordable housing and supportive accommodation for women and children, developed as part of NOW Canada Society's mission to provide safe, stable housing and supportive community services.

SAGE’s Role

Working with the owner, architect, and consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The project focused on durable, welcoming interiors that support the long-term needs of residents and the organization's supportive housing program.
