The Project

An approximately 8,000-square-foot corporate office bringing together administration, collaborative workspaces, training facilities, and employee amenities within a modern workplace designed to support innovation and teamwork. The office features open and private workspaces, meeting rooms, training facilities, adjustable-height workstations, a staff lounge, kitchenette, and extensive interior glazing. Sustainable materials and recycling stations were incorporated throughout, while warm wood finishes, neutral materials, and corporate accent colours create a professional, flexible environment.

SAGE’s Role

From concept through construction, SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting including programming, space planning, finish selection and specifications, custom millwork design, furniture selection and coordination, lighting coordination, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration, designed to encourage collaboration and reflect Waterplay's innovative culture.
