The Project

A purpose-built 12,118-square-foot K-12 educational facility designed for a welcoming, durable, and flexible learning environment. It includes classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, administration offices, a teaching kitchen, gymnasium, gathering areas, and extensive custom millwork. Natural wood finishes paired with vibrant accent colours create warm, engaging spaces while prioritizing durability and long-term performance.

SAGE’s Role

From concept through construction, SAGE provided interior design consulting including programming, space planning, finish selection and specifications, lighting coordination, custom millwork design, gymnasium flooring and finish systems, interior signage coordination, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration, creating engaging learning environments for students, educators, and the school community.
