The Project

A four-storey mixed-use development in Kelowna comprising a ground-floor restaurant, four medical office tenant spaces, and three high-end residential units. The project received an Award of Excellence for Mixed Use at the Okanagan Kootenay Commercial Building Awards.

SAGE’s Role

SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting for the base building, medical office tenant spaces, and residential units, including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Designs were coordinated across each occupancy to create a cohesive development while addressing the unique requirements of the commercial, healthcare, and residential spaces.
