The Project

A corporate office tenant improvement for KPMG's Kelowna office in the Mission Park Office Development. An open workplace maximizes natural daylight and views, complemented by a dramatic two-storey lobby and contemporary common areas. The interior includes collaborative workspaces, executive offices, meeting rooms, staff amenities, and a custom pine-beetle feature wall that reflects the character of the Okanagan.

SAGE’s Role

In collaboration with MQN Interiors, SAGE provided comprehensive interior design consulting, including space planning, finish selection and specifications, custom millwork detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The design balances functionality, collaboration, and a strong regional identity to reflect KPMG's brand.
