Completed in May 2016, this fast-track Tenant Improvement project was designed, constructed and furnished in just four months from start to finish. Sage Interiors worked closely with the client and general contractor throughout the process, with the goal of creating an inviting boutique style retail area, while prioritizing efficiency in both time and budget. A warm, contemporary space was achieved through clean-lined millwork design, contrasting finishes and a neutral colour scheme.

We were extremely impressed with everything about the project. We loved the units; high ceilings, layout, use of space, light, etc. and thought the design work was fantastic. We were blown away by the quality of the construction.
