A contrasting palette of warm and cool colours define the interiors of this LEED Certified multi-family development, while subtly reflecting the beauty of the surrounding Okanagan landscape. Located in the idealistic Central Green neighbourhood, the building offers eighty-six units with universally designed common areas and wheelchair accessible suites. Studio suites can be connected to adjacent one-bedroom units, allowing flexibility for shared living spaces. Durability and ease of maintenance were prioritized during the selection process for materials and finishes. Completed in September of 2016, this rental building is operated through the Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society in partnership with BC Housing, the Aboriginal Housing Management Association and the City of Kelowna.
