Completed early in 2011, this project is situated in a prime location and offers seventy-two single, two bedroom and fully accessible residential units as well as complete amenity spaces for seniors including a music and games room, bowling alley, fully equipped kitchen, and seniors’ outreach centre. The office space, complete with meeting and boardrooms, provided a new home for the project’s developer, The Society of Hope. The rich and earthy colour palette of warm cherry woods balanced with crisp, light and bright tones was chosen to reflect the area’s historical orchard industry.

We were extremely impressed with everything about the project. We loved the units; high ceilings, layout, use of space, light, etc. and thought the design work was fantastic. We were blown away by the quality of the construction.
