The Project

A multi-phase long-term care redevelopment and expansion in Kelowna, designed for modern, resident-centred accommodation within a purpose-built seniors care community. The completed development will provide 241 long-term care beds, supporting growing demand for high-quality seniors care in the Central Okanagan.

SAGE’s Role

Working closely with the owner, architect, and consultant team, SAGE provided interior design consulting including finish selection and specifications, interior detailing, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Interiors were coordinated to support resident well-being, staff efficiency, and the specialized requirements of a modern long-term care environment.
